Dr. Manoj Kumar Vats, Head of the Department of Sociology, Raja Shri Krishna Dutt Post Graduate College, Jaunpur, Dr. Vats has 19 years of teaching experience in undergraduate and postgraduate classes and 15 years of research experience. Dr. Vats is postgraduate in Sociology and Mass Communication & Journalism and law graduate also.Dr. Vats is a life member of more than a dozen social and educational organizations and has also received fellowship of national and international level organizations. Research work is going on continuously and guided the Ph.D students also. Dr. Vats has given invited lectures in more than Three dozen national and international seminars. Dr. Vats’s research papers have been published in national and international level journals. He has also received many Educational and Environmental awards from national and international conferences. Apart from Academic activities, he is district bureau chief of English daily newsvpaper ‘The Pioneer’ and he is senior vice-president of the Jaunpur Journalist Association. Dr Vats is Hon. Secretary of Indian Redcross Society and member of various administrative committees of the district like as Rifle Club, TB.Forum, Divyang Sahayata Samiti & District Committee of Sexual Harassment Jaunpur. He is President of College Teachers Association unit and also struggling to solve the problems of teachers.

Nisha Mishra, Head Master P. S. Hakaripur, Jaunpur. She does her post Graduation in Sociology with first division & also has professional degree i.e., B.Ed. with high percentage. Beyond this Nisha Mishra is life Member of Indian Red Cross Society, Jaunpur. She has fellow of Council of Research & Sustainable development. She can motivate Education level of primary students during Covid period. She published three book chapters & two UGC care Papers. Beyond the education she involved various social activities like weak economic person’s daughter marriage & helping their education, also campaigning the sensitization program. She is well Educator, social activists & perform their duty reporting teacher’s problems & working as District Vice President of United Teacher Association (UTA) Jaunpur.
