About The Author :

Prof. Neha Mathur is M. Com; MBA and Ph.D. She is a Certified Trainer of 21st Century EMPLOYABILITY SKILLS from WADHWANI FOUNDATION, besides being a topper in “ENHANCING SOFT SKILLS AND PERSONALITY” by NPTEL – AICTE and of CONTENT WRITING COURSE. She has been taking PG and UG classes of the Management stream for the last more than 25 years. She has also been teaching Soft Skills, Communication Skills & Management Subjects in MBA & BBA Programs. She worked as Dean, Faculty of Management in Rabindranath Tagore University for a decade. She has taught at various institutions and is presently engaged as a Senior Professor in Content & Project departments in AISECT GROUP of UNIVERSITIES. She has authored 45 books on various topics covered under Soft Skills and Management. She has, to her credit, a number of research papers published in various journals of repute. She has also been guiding scholars for their Ph.D. Degrees.

Dr. Raksha Shukla An alumni of the Goa Institute of Management (PGDM Healthcare Management), Dr. Raksha is a dentist who has transitioned into a Healthcare Management & Public Health expert. She is currently pursuing Ph.D. in Healthcare. She has decades of extensive, cross-functional experience working in hospitals, public health, and the corporate healthcare management sector before she entered academia. Currently serving as the Head of Department for Public Health and Hospital Administration in Rabindranath Tagore University, Bhopal.
She is also a NABH5th standard expert who is qualified and certified by the quality council of India. She has completed certification & training on Psychiatry & Mental Health awareness from the University of Sydney. She is the recipient of Dattopant thengadi shondh sansthan best professor award in the year 2023. She has initiated & launched several new age skills online short-term professional courses on digital platforms.
Pakhi Mathur is an aspiring Forensic Psychologist. She has written many articles and research papers in the field of Psychology and plans on researching the areas of Psychopathology, and Criminology. She has co-authored 9 books so far and is planning on pursuing a career in Forensic and Criminal Psychology.
