About The Author :

“Dr. Neha Mathur is M. Com; MBA and Ph.D. She is a Certified Trainer of 21st Century Employability Skills from Wadhwani Foundation, besides being a topper in “Enhancing Soft Skills and Personality” by NPTEL – AICTE and of Content Writing Course. She has been taking PG and UG classes of the Management stream for the last more than 25 years. She has also been teaching Soft Skills, Communication Skills & Management Subjects. She has taught at various institutions and is presently engaged as a Professor in AISECT Group of Universities. She has authored 45 books on various topics covered under Soft Skills and Management. She has, to her credit, a number of research papers published in various journals of repute. She has also been guiding scholars for their Ph.D. Degrees.
Mr. Achint Dubey has completed BA LLB(Hons) from National Law University, Odisha and LL.M in Criminal Law and Human Rights from National Law Institute University, Bhopal. He has a strong interest in academics as a profession and has been actively involved in preparing students for the Common Law Admission Test often known as CLAT, which is a national level entrance exam for pursuing a law degree from the prestigious National Law Universities. He actively promotes the development of communication skills as a skill set and engages in related activities due to his keen interest in debating and public speaking since his undergraduate days.
Mr. Vishal Verma is currently working as an Assistant Professor, Sagar Institute of Science and Technology, SISTec MBA, Bhopal (M.P.). He has completed his MBA (HR) from Prestige Institute of Management & Research, Indore (DAVV, Indore). He has completed his BBA (HRM) from MIT School of Management, Pune Affiliated to University of Pune. His subject’s expertise includes subjects of Human Resource Management.
