About The Author :

Dr. Neha Mathur is M. Com; MBA and Ph.D. She is a Certified Trainer of 21st Century Employability Skills from Wadhwani Foundation, besides being a topper in “Enhancing Soft Skills and Personality” by NPTEL – AICTE and of Content Writing Course. She has been taking PG and UG classes of the Management stream for the last more than 25 years. She has also been teaching Soft Skills, Communication Skills & Management Subjects. She has taught at various institutions and is presently engaged as a Professor in AISECT Group of Universities. She has authored 40+ books on various topics covered under Soft Skills and Management. She has, to her credit, a number of research papers published in various journals of repute. She has also been guiding scholars for their Ph.D. Degrees.

Arti Maurya has completed her school education from U P Board, Graduation from Kanpur University and PG from Dr. Abdul Kalam Technical University Erstwhile Uttar Pradesh Technical University. Her field of specializations are Finance & Human Resource Management. She is pursuing Ph.D. (Management) from (RNTU), Bhopal. She has written and published a Book “Organizational Behaviour”. She has published paper in Conference Compendium of National Conference on Women Empowerment sponsored by Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR). She is guest faculty in RNTU, Bhopal. Previously she was Guest faculty in Management Institutions, Lucknow. She has worked as HR Co-Ordinator in Usha Deep Academy of Insurance & Management.
