About The Author :

Prof. Neha Mathur is M. Com; MBA and Ph.D. She is a Certified Trainer of 21st Century EMPLOYABILITY SKILLS from WADHWANI FOUNDATION, besides being a topper in “ENHANCING SOFT SKILLS AND PERSONALITY” by NPTEL – AICTE and of CONTENT WRITING COURSE. She has been taking PG and UG classes of the Management stream for the last more than 25 years. She has also been teaching Soft Skills, Communication Skills & Management Subjects in MBA & BBA Programs. She worked as Dean, Faculty of Management in Rabindranath Tagore University for a decade. She has taught at various institutions and is presently engaged as a Senior Professor in Content & Project departments in AISECT GROUP of UNIVERSITIES. She has authored 45 books on various topics covered under Soft Skills and Management. She has, to her credit, a number of research papers published in various journals of repute. She has also been guiding scholars for their Ph.D. Degrees.

C. B. Sharma has worked in Research Department of Forestry Sector, Government of Madhya Pradesh as Research Associate. He has wide experience of working in an NGO as well as AISECT Skill & Entrepreneurship Development. He has prepared modules of Entrepreneurship courses of AISECT society. He is pursuing Ph.D. in Management from Rabindranath Tagore University. He has co-authored 2 books. He has done M.Sc. (Maths), M.A. (Sociology) and M.B.A. Presently, he is Senior Manager in Project and Skill Development under AISECT Skill Mission.
