About The Author :

“Dr. Neha Mathur is M. Com; MBA and Ph.D. She is a Certified Trainer of 21st Century Employability Skills from Wadhwani Foundation, besides being a topper in “Enhancing Soft Skills and Personality” by NPTEL – AICTE and of Content Writing Course. She has been taking PG and UG classes of the Management stream for the last more than 25 years. She has also been teaching Soft Skills, Communication Skills & Management Subjects. She has taught at various institutions and is presently engaged as a Professor in AISECT Group of Universities. She has authored 40+ books on various topics covered under Soft Skills and Management. She has, to her credit, a number of research papers published in various journals of repute. She has also been guiding scholars for their Ph.D. Degrees.

Dr. Fehmeena Bakht is an Assistant Professor in Department of Psychology, Sophia Girls’ College Ajmer, Rajasthan. She has 5 years of teaching experience in various Colleges and University. She has obtained her B.Ed (Education) from Barkatullah University, M.A.(Psychology) from IIS University, Rajasthan and Ph.D (Psychology) from IIS University. She has guided students in M.A. Her research areas of specializations are Organizational Psychology & Behavioral Psychology. She has presented many Research papers in International, National and state level Conferences and Seminars. She has published research articles in journals and contributed Chapters in several edited books and also attended several workshops, webinars and Faculty Development Programs as a Resource Person.
