About The Author :

Dr. Neha Mathur is M. Com; MBA and Ph.D. She is a Certified Trainer of 21st Century Employability Skills from Wadhwani Foundation, besides being a topper in “Enhancing Soft Skills and Personality” by NPTEL – AICTE and of Content Writing Course. She has been taking PG and UG classes of the Management stream for the last more than 25 years. She has also been teaching Soft Skills, Communication Skills & Management Subjects. She has taught at various institutions and is presently engaged as a Professor in AISECT Group of Universities. She has authored 40 books on various topics covered under Soft Skills and Management. She has, to her credit, a number of research papers published in various journals of repute. She has also been guiding scholars for their Ph.D. Degrees.
Dr. Aditi Chaturvedi is the Director of AISECT Group of Universities (AGU) and Pro-Chancellor at Rabindranath Tagore University and C.V. Raman University. With a background in Rural Management and an Engineering degree, her Ph.D. research focuses on ICT interventions for rural development. Dr. Chaturvedi is actively involved in developing models for increased ICT usage in underdeveloped regions, specifically in Madhya Pradesh, Jharkhand, and Chhattisgarh. She is recognized for her outstanding work in promoting female entrepreneurship, empowering women through livelihood, skill development, vocational education, and financial self-sufficiency. Her efforts are making a significant impact on the social landscape.
Dr. Rachna Chaturvedi, with a Ph.D., MBA, and M.A. in Economics, brings over 25 years of corporate and academic experience to her role as Research Head for AISECT group of Universities. Specializing in Human Behavior at work place, Gender Studies, Skilling, Entrepreneurship, and cost-benefit analysis, she conducts workshops on various topics for organizations. An accomplished author and mentor, she has guided PhD students, published in international journals, and worked on projects funded by ICSSR and other govt agencies. Her research focuses on empowering rural women through digital education and skill development, earning her recognition from the Madhya Pradesh Government. Dr. Chaturvedi also heads two centers of excellence: the Centre for Women Entrepreneurship and Santosh Choubey Centre for Social Entrepreneurship.
