Dr. Rao holds a Master’s degree in Chemistry and has pursued advanced qualifications in law and management, including an MS in Integrated Management Systems from the United States, along with an LLB and LLM from Osmania University. His multi-disciplinary expertise uniquely positions him as a leader in quality assurance and laboratory accreditation.Dr. Rao spent 30 years at the Bureau of Indian Standards, where he contributed significantly to developing and implementing standards, establishing himself as a respected authority in quality and compliance.
